Ingredients
•5 medium size sweet potatoes
•½ cup chopped pecan
•1 cup raisins
•½ cup honey
•½ cup melted butter
Preparation
This recipe is simple and good for Ekadasi.
Chop sweet potatoes into small cubes. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Butter a 9 x 13 in
baking dish and pour the mix in the dish. Bake at 375F for 50 minutes.
