Banana Cream Cheese Breakfast Bread


•1 package cream cheese, softened
•½ C butter softened
•1¼ C sugar
•3 Tbsp yogurt
•2 mashed bananas
•2 Tsp vanilla essence
•2¼ C all purpose flour
•1½ Tsp baking powder
•¼ Tsp baking soda
•¼ Tsp ground cinnamon
1.In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth. Add yogurt and beat well. Add bananas and vanilla. Add the flour, and the rest of the ingredients. Combine well until blended and smooth. Transfer to a greased 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking pan.
2.Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F/180 C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
** You may also serve this Banana Bread with ice cream as an evening dessert.
