Chenna is prepared by over heat milk and mixing it with creams and sweets. It is a crumbly, moist form of Paneer. Chenna is much softer than Paneer. It is used to prepared sweets like Rosogulla,Rasmalai,Sandesh etc. Chenna is good sourcee of Proteins,Carbohydrates,Calcium.
