Coriander & Mint Chutney

Ingredients
•1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
•1 bunch fresh mint leaves
•2 hot green chilies
•1-inch piece of ginger
•½ Tsp salt
•½ Tsp sugar
•1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
•1 Tsp chat masala
•1 Tsp cumin powder
•½ C water
Preparation

Process all the ingredients to a smooth puree while adding water as required. Transfer to a bowl.
Yield
Nearly 1½ cups of chutney
