Fried Corn Bread
 
			Ingredients:
			• Cornmeal –  3/4 cup 
			• Atta – 3/4 cup 
			• Natural sugar (used beet sugar in this case) – 1tsp 
			• Baking powder – 1 1/2 tsp 
			• Baking soda – 1/2 tsp 
			• Salt – 1/2 tsp 
			• Yogurt – 4 tsp 
			• Buttermilk – 1 1/2 cup 
			• Ghee for frying 
			Preparation:
			1. Mix dry ingredients together.
			2. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients together. Add to the dry and stir lightly until everything is moistened. Pour about 1 inch thick into hot baking pans and bake at 475 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until firmed up on top, slightly cracking and a toothpick comes out clean (unless you are adding cheese described below).
