Ghee is a clarified butter used in Middle East. Ghee is traditionally made by heating butter until it becomes a golden liquid. It is full of nutritive qualities. It also increases digestive fire. If stored in air-tight containers it does not spoil easily. Ghee has a longer shelf life than standard butter and has a nutty unique flavor.
