Granola
Ingredients:
• Rolled oats – 13 cup
• Sunflower seeds – 4 cup
• Almonds – 2 cup
• Sesame seeds – 4 cup
• Raisins – 3 cup
• Ghee – 1 1/2 cup
• Water – 1 cup
• Sugar – 2 cup
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Non stick pans
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven 325 degrees.
2. Stir together all the dry ingredients in a good sized bowl.
3. Combine the sugar and water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until all the sugar is dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the ghee.
5. Pour the entire mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix well.
6. Pour into available pans, about a couple inches in depth. The less granola in a pan, the faster it will toast.
7. Bake until golden, stirring every 20 minutes 325 degrees.
