Matki


 

Matki is a tiny kidney bean also known as Moth, Mat or Mother Bean. It has Light or dark brown in colour, which are oblong in shape. Matki have greater concentration of vitamins, minerals, proteins and enzymes. Matki are easily digestible. Matki can also be sprouted, which can be eaten raw or lightly cooked.
