Milk
Milk is a white liquid produced by the mammary glands of female mammals. It contain significant amounts of saturated fat, protein and calcium as well as vitamin C, which help young children to develop. The most common form of milk is from Cows. It should be store in refrigerator to prevent it from spoling.
