Moong dal


 

Moong dal is also known as Split Mung Beans. There are three types of Moong Dal  i.e Whole moong, Split green moong with skin, Split washed yellow moong. They have a nutty flavor and are easy to cook. They are small and Ovoid in shape. Moong dal is rich in protein. It is easy to digest.
