Orange Cranberry Compote
Ingredients
•1 bag cranberries (3 cups)
•2 tsp orange zest
•½ cup orange juice
•1 cup brown sugar
•1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce
heat to low and simmer for at least 5 minutes, until the liquid has
reduced to a think syrup.
