Potato Soup

Potato soup


•6 medium potatoes, chopped into small cubes
•4 cups milk
•6 cups water
•2-3 tsp salt
•1 tsp black pepper
•2 cups chopped celery
•2 tbsp butter
•1 tsp honey, optional
•¼ cup chopped fresh parsley leaves

Heat the pot with butter. Cook celery for a few minutes then add potatoes and seasoning. Bring to a boil then turn the heat to low. Cover the pot and cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle parsley leaves before serving.
