Puffed rice
Puffed rice is also known as Kurmura, murmura,mamra. Puffed rice is a type of puffed grain made from rice usually by heating rice kernels under high pressure in the presence of steam. It is light and dry in weight which ideal for obese people. Puffed rice is used in snack foods and breakfast cereals. It should store in an air tight container at room temperature and it should consumed within 3 to 4 weeks. Puffed rice is high in iron and easy to digest.
