Sambar masala
Sambar masala is a classic spice blend commonly used in South Indian cooking. It is especially used in cooking lentils (dal)and mixed vegetable. Sambhar Masala can be either made at home by mixing spices such as Coriander seeds, Dry red chilies, Cumin seeds (Jeera), Black pepper, Fenugreek seeds, Mustard seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Urad dal, Chana dal. It can preserve in a dry air tight container.
