Spinach
Spinach belongs to the same family of Swiss chard and beets .It has a smooth taxture with a faintly bitter flavor. Spinach is a dark green leafy vegetable. It smells like Leaf. Spinach provide vitamins A and C, folate, calcium, and iron. It is used in soups, quiches, casseroles, burritos, sandwiches, sauces, and a number of other foods.
