Toor dal


Toor dal is also known as Arhar dal, Toovar or Pigeon pea. It has a mild and nutty flavor. It is yelloow in color. Toor dal looks similar to chana dal. It is rich in protein,vitamin A and vitamin C. Toor dal can be served with Bread, Rice or grounded in to flour for preparing other tasty dishes.
