Turnip
Turnip belongs to cabbage and broccoli family. It is also known as Shalgam in hindi. Turnip quitly look like potato but it is slightly sweeter. It is white at the bottom and purple or red at the top. It also contain greens, which can be eaten like spinach. Its size is about a samll apple and its weight ranges up to 1 kilogram. Turnip is rich in vitamin C.
