Yogurt is a dairy product produced by bacterial fermentation of milk. It is slightly acidic in flavor. Yogurt is thick and creamy in  texture. It is white in color. Yogurt is rich in protein, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. If yogurt Store in the refrigerator can last for a week. It is easy to digest.
