Dried Lily flowers
Lily Flower is also known as Golden Needles or Gum Jum. The dried lily buds have a fruity, floral scent and are used in a variety of Chinese dishes including sweet and sour soup. The buds grow about 3 to 5 inches long. Once the bud dried its color changes to a golden yellow.
