Low fat BB
 
Ingredients
			•2 cups flour
			•1 cup quick oats
			•½ cup sugar
			•2/3 cup brown sugar
			•2 tsp baking soda
			•2 tbsp baking powder
			•5 bananas, mashed
			•1 tsp grated lemon peel
			•½ cup chopped walnuts
			•1 tbsp vanilla
			•½ cup oil (the best is corn or peanut oil)
			•1/3 cup orange juice or water
			Preparation
			1.Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly butter a Bundt pan.
			2.In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking soda, baking powder. Stir in mashed bananas, lemon peel, vanilla, oil, nuts, and orange juice or water.
			3.Spoon out batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes.
			Cool in pan on wire rack
