No fail banana bread
 
			Ingredients
			•1/3 cup butter, melt
			•1 ½ cup whole wheat pastry flour or any flour
			•2/4 cup oats, divided
			•2 tsp baking soda
			•¼ tsp salt
			•½ cup raisins
			•½ cup chopped walnuts
			•3 mashed bananas
			•1 tsp vanilla
			•¾ cup brown sugar
			Preparation
			1.Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly butter a 9 x 5 x 2 loaf pan.
			2.Mix flour, ¼ cup oats, sugar, nuts, raisins, baking soda, and salt well. Add vanilla, mashed bananas, and butter. Pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle ¼ cup oats on top.
			3.Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack.
