Peanut Butter Berry Cake
 

Ingredients
•Peanut butter – 4 tbsp
•Grape seed oil – 50ml
•Banana mashed (100g) – 1 small
•Self raising flour – 150g
•Almonds (ground) – 100g
•Sugar – 75g
•Baking powder – ½ tbsp
•Blackberries (fresh or frozen) – 100g
•Peanuts (salted or unsalted) – 50g

Preparation
1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
2.Take a bowl and add peanut butter, oil and mashed banana.
3.In another bowl, mix the flour along with the almonds, sugar and baking powder. Fold in the berries.
4.Add the peanut butter mixture to the flour mixture bowl.
5.Transfer the mixture into a lined sandwich tin.
6.Scatter the peanuts in it on top of the mixture.
7.Bake it for half an hour until nice and golden is achieved.
8.Remove let it cool for sometime and then serve.

4-5 Persons
