World Gourmet Hummus



• 2 cups cooked chickpeas
• ¼ cup water
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
• Dash of hing
• Dash of sugar, optional
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp olive oil
Mix everything in a blender, until the texture is smooth.
Garnish with parsley and paprika, if desired. Or just garnish with a little bit extra olive oil.
Serve cold or warm with pita bread.
