Paneer Malai Kabab
Ingredients
. 1/2kg Paneer
. 1/2cup Curd
. 4 tbsp Cashew paste
. 4 tbsp Almond paste
. 1 cup Malai (Fresh cream)
. 1tbsp Ginger paste
. Black pepper powder
. Salt to taste
. Oil for fry
Preparation
1. Cut paneer into cubes and fry them in hot oil for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes take off that paneer cubes & put them on tissue paper so tissue paper will absorb the excess oil.
2. In a vessel add Malai (Fresh cream), cashew pest, almond pest, ginger pest, curd, black pepper powder & salt, now mix it very well.
3. Now put the fried paneer cubes into above mixture & let it marinate for 1/2an hour.
4. Meanwhile heat the oil in non-stick pan & after 1/2an hour shallow fry the paneer in oil.
5. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
