Candied fruit is also called glace fruit. Candied fruit are usually boiled in the syrup and then left to soak for fourteen days. It is Bright in colour and has funny shapes. It is soft in texture and has sweet flavour. Candied fruit are usually made from Red cherries, green cherries, pineapple, orange peel, citron and lemon peel. Candied fruit slould be store in an airtight container.
