Ingredients • 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter • 1- 1 ½ tsp salt • ½ -1 tsp pepper • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup chopped walnuts Preparation Preheat oven to 350°F.
