Fry Roats
Ingredients:
• Flour – 3 cup
• Sugar – 1/2 cup
• Elachi power – 1 level tsp
• Butter ghee – 1/2 cup
• Milk – 3/4 cup
For Frying in Pan:
• Butter ghee – 3/4
• Cooking oil – 1/4
Method:
1. Put Flour, Sugar and Elichi power in a mixing bowl.
2. Add butter ghee and make into bread crumbs.
3. Then add milk dough well until a smooth dough.
4. Make into small balls like the biscuits. Flatten with fingers. Place onto tray and flatten with your Palm.
5. Make all like that. Place all in a tray and then start frying.
6. Fry in medium heat so that it cooks well outer and inner until golden brown.
It makes 22 small Roat.
