Moong Bean Sprout
There are three types of Moong Dal i.e Whole moong, Split green moong with skin, Split washed yellow moong. Moong Dal can also be sprouted. They have a nutty flavor and are easy to cook. They are small and Ovoid in shape. Moong sprouts are rich in protein. It is easy to digest. They are tasty and inexpensive. Raw sprouts are also used in Salads and Sandwiches.
