Nectarines are a smooth-skinned peach. They have red, yellow, or white pulp. They are a rich source of vitamins A and C. White nectarines are more delicate, sweeter than yellow ones. They are commonly eaten fresh, or cooked. They are used in conserves, jams, and pies.
