Panchamrut Chutney
 
			Ingredients
			•Dry coconut – 1                    
			•Groundnut – 1 ½ cup  
			•Chutney dalia – 1 ½ cup         
			•Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
			•Red chili powder – 4 tbsp    
			•Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
			•Cumin seeds – 2 tbsp         
			•Turmeric powder – 1 ½  tsp
			•Tamarind – 1 tbsp               
			•Brown sugar – 3 tbsp
			•Curry Leaves
			Preparation
			1. Dissolve tamarind and brown sugar in water  and make to pulp.
			2. Roast for 1 minute all the remaining ingredients and grind them to paste.
			3. Mix with brown sugar and tamarind water.
			Serves
			4 Persons.
