Rasam Powder
Rasam powder is a spice blend used throughout India.It is prepare by roasting the folowing ingredients Coriander seeds, Dry red chilies, Cumin seeds (Jeera), Red Chili powder,Asafoetida,Turmeric. Rasam has Refreshing smell. It is good for digestion. Rasam powder is used to prepare a South Indian delicacy called rasam. It can also be used in curries, vegetable dishes, soups etc. Store it in an airtight container and keep it in a cool dark place.
