Samo
Samo rice is also known as Varai, Kodri etc. It is a type of Millet, somewhat similar to barley. Samo is whitish to cream colored grains. Its taste is quite similar to broken rice or Rice kanji. Samo is little thicker than the rawa and smaller than daliya. Samo contains good amount of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. If samo store in a cool dry place, away from moisture area can last for a year.
