Preparation
1.Tie yogurt in a muslin cloth and hang it overnight to drain out the whey. This should be hung in the refrigerator so that the yogurt does not turn sour. 3.Soak pistachios in half a cup of hot water for five to ten minutes. Drain, peel and slice. Clean, wash and pat dry charoli.
