Tahini


 

Tahini is a thick paste made from ground sesame seeds. It's most commonly used as a flavouring ingredient in Middle Eastern dishes such as hummus, halvah etc. It is a creamy, oily, and smooth nut butter rich in calcium. It is very easy to digest. It is also used in vegetable or pulse-based dishes.
