• Rice flour – 1 cup
  • Yogurt/butter milk- 1/2 cup
  • Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Hing – a little pinch
  • Salt – for taste
  • Oil -1table spoon
  • Mustard seed- 1 teaspoon
  • Urad dal- 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli-2 nos
  • Curry leaves- 2archs

To make flour paste:
1. Take the rice flour in a bowl ,add chilli powder,salt,Hing mix them well dried.
2. Add yogurt to the flour to make a paste.
3. Mix well without lumps.now it is ready to cook.

To cook:
1. Place a pan pour oil,put mustard seeds,urad dal-,chilles, Curry leaves one by one each one gets splutters.
2. In low flame heat,pour the paste till it Cooks .add oil while cooking in equal intervals to make the upma soft.
