Vanilla cookies
Ingredients
•Butter softened…………………………..1 C
•Packed brown sugar………………….1 C
•Sugar……………………………………..½ C
•Yogurt……………………………………..3 Tbsp
•Vanilla essence…………………………1 Tsp
•All purpose flour……………………….2 ¼ C
•Baking soda……………………………..1 Tsp
•Salt…………………………………………½ Tsp
•Chopped pecans or walnuts……….1 ½ C
Preparation
1)In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the yogurt and vanilla essence. Add the flour, baking soda and salt to the creamed mixture. Mix well and then, stir in the pecans.
2)Divide the mixture in 30 equal parts. Make balls of each part and slightly flatten them by pressing in between your two palms, place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F/180 C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.Give your Desire Shapes
