Vermicelli


 

Vermicelli is also known as little worms in Italian. Vermicelli is made from Rava Atta, or Sooji or Wheat atta or Maida (flour). It is like angel hair in shape. Vermicelli is very fine, long strands of pasta like a skinny spaghetti. It is used to make Khir, Pulav, Upma, soup etc.
