Ingredients
• 1 kg coriander seeds (Dhania)
• 500 gm cumin seeds (Jeera)
• 100 gm black pepper (Meeri)
• 10 gm cinnamon (Dalchini)
• 10 gm cloves (Lavang)
Preparation
1)Roast all the ingredients until aromatic and grind to a fine powder.
2)Store in a dry air-tight container.
