Energy Balls


 

Ingredients
•½ cup dried dates
•½ cup dried figs
•¼ cup dried cranberries
•¼ cup dried apricots
•½ cup almonds or cashew nuts
•1 tbsp sesame seeds
•1 tsp orange zest, optional
•1 tbsp honey or brown sugar**
Preparation
Chop all dried fruits and nuts into small pieces. Place all ingredients, except honey in the
blender and mix them well.
Pour the mixture in a small bowl, add honey. Mix well. Shape into 1.5” ball.
**The sweetener helps combine all ingredients.
Serves
12 balls
