Wheat flour
Wheat flour is a powder made from the grinding of wheat. It is clean, white or brown in color. They are soft in taxture. It is used in cakes, pastries, cookies, crackers and Oriental noodles etc. Wheat flour is an excellent source of complex carbohydrates. Wheat flour should store in airtight containers in a cool, dry place.
