Ingredients •4 medium size tomatoes, blanched then diced •½ tsp salt •½ tsp black pepper •1 cup water •1 tbsp olive oil or 1 tbsp butter •Dash of hing •1 tsp Italian seasoning •½ tsp brown sugar, optional Preparation Heat oil in the pot.
