Corn


 

The kernels are commonly call "corn". Corn is widely classified as a grain and is typically included in research studies of whole grain foods like wheat, oats, and barley. Throughout the world corn is referred to as "maize". Corn are of different colors, including red, pink, black, purple, and blue. Corns are also benificial for Blood Sugar, Digestion. Frozen corn will remain for up to one year, while the kernels can remain for two to three months.
