Crunchy Cauliflower Pakoras

Ingredients:
• Besan – 3 cup
• Ground cumin – 1 tbsp
• Ground coriander – 1 tbsp
• Ground black pepper – 1 tbsp
• Hing – 3/4 tsp
• Turmeric – 1/2 tbsp
• Salt – 1 tbsp
• Water
• Ghee for deep frying
• Cauliflower, chopped in nugget-sized flowerettes
Preparation:
1. Chop the cauliflower into nuggets for coating with batter.
2. Combine all dry ingredients.
3. Add water to make a semi thick batter
4. Dip nuggets of cauliflower into the batter and deep fry into very hot ghee until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They will be a deep golden brown color.
5. Drain on a clean kitchen towel.
