Simply laddu
 
			Ingredients
			•2 1/3 cups besan
			•1 cup butter
			•3 tbsp grated coconut
			•3 tbsp sliced almonds
			•1 tsp tea masala
			•½ tsp ground cardamom seeds
			•1 2/3 cup powered sugar
			Preparation
			1.Melt the butter over low heat in a pan. Mix in besan and stir constantly for 15 minutes. Stir in coconut, nuts, tea masala, and cardamom and blend the ingredients well for a few minutes.
			2.Take the pan off the heat and add sugar. Mix thoroughly to break up lumps and set aside to cool. When the mixture is cool enough to handle, form 30 small balls or 16 golf ballsized balls.
			3.I have tried various recipes but this one is still my students’ (Americans) and my nonIndian girlfriends’ favorite. It is not too sweet nor too heavy.
4.Garnish with almond
