Ingredients
• 2-3 tablespoon Ghee
• few mustard methi seed
• pinch of asafoetida
• 3-4 fine chopped ginger and green chilli
• 1/2tsp – turmeric
• 1/2tsp – black pepper
• 1/2tsp – chilli flakes
• 1 cup of capsicum, cabbage, tomato puree
• 1 bowl oats
• Salt for taste
Preparation
1.Heat a pan and pour 2-3 tablespoon Ghee and add some mustard methi seed.
2.Now add asafoetida and fine chopped ginger and green chilli.
3.Now add spices ( turmeric, black pepper, chilli flakes) and mix it well
4.Now add finely chopped all vegetables like capsicum, cabbage, tomato puree.
5.Now add oats and salt.
6.Pour some water and cover the lid.
Now it is ready to serve.
