Ingredients •2 lb. fresh strawberries •1 package fruit pectin •1 ½ cup sugar •1 tbsp lemon juice Preparation 1.Stir sugar and pectin in a bowl until well blended. 2.Stir in chopped strawberries in the bowl and crush them. 3.Stir in lemon juice and mix all ingredients well. 4.Ladle preserve into clean jars.
